PRP Therapy
Accelerate Healing. Reduce Pain. Avoid Surgery.
At Bone & Joint Care Center, we offer Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy — an advanced, non-surgical treatment that uses your body’s own healing cells to repair damaged joints, tendons, and ligaments. Whether you're dealing with arthritis, a sports injury, or chronic inflammation, PRP can help you get back to doing what you love — faster and naturally.
Why PRP Therapy?
Promotes tissue repair and regeneration
Reduces pain and inflammation
Minimally invasive — in-office procedure
May help delay or avoid surgery
Backed by orthopedic research & clinical results
We Use PRP to Treat:
Knee osteoarthritis
Shoulder injuries (rotator cuff, labrum tears)
Tennis or golfer’s elbow
Achilles tendinopathy
Plantar fasciitis
Hip and SI joint pain
Ligament or tendon injuries
How PRP Therapy Works:
We draw a small sample of your blood and use advanced centrifuge technology to concentrate the healing platelets. These platelets are then injected into the injured or painful area to stimulate healing at the cellular level. Most procedures take under an hour and require minimal downtime.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Most patients begin to feel relief within 2–6 weeks after treatment, though healing can continue for several months. Improvement varies depending on the condition being treated and your body’s healing response.

-
PRP is minimally invasive. Most patients return to normal daily activity the next day. You may be advised to avoid high-impact or strenuous exercise for a short period.
-
In most cases, PRP is not covered by insurance. We are transparent about pricing and can discuss payment options during your consultation.
-
PRP is most effective for patients with mild to moderate joint or tendon issues. It may not be ideal for severe degeneration or complete tears. Our physicians will assess your condition and imaging (if needed) to determine if PRP is right for you.
